IELTS Academic 6.5, no part less than 6.0.

SFU's own Historical Admission Grade Ranges page states the Faculty of Science's international ("students studying on a student visa") acceptance grade standard, applying to all Science programmes including Statistics, as "high 80s" (a percentage reference range covering the last three admissions cycles; meeting it does not guarantee admission). For students completing the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma, SFU requires a minimum of 26 points for admission consideration to all programs; the competitive minimum varies by programme.
