Non-Japanese nationality, plus 12 years of schooling completed (or expected by 30 September 2027) outside Japan — or an accepted equivalent such as the International Baccalaureate Diploma, German Abitur, French Baccalaureate, European Baccalaureate, GCE Advanced Level or International Advanced Level. A standardized test score is compulsory on top of this; no application is accepted without one.
