IELTS Academic 6.5, 6.0 in any component. TOEFL 90.

UL's published general minimum for A-Level entrants (the qualification most internationally-schooled applicants outside Ireland present) is 6 distinct recognised subjects including 2 at GCE A-Level Grade C and 4 at GCSE O-Level Grade C (including English, Mathematics and another language) -- this is UL's general minimum, not a programme-specific bar. UL does not publish one central page stating country-by-country non-EU-specific equivalencies; a non-EU applicant's own qualification is individually assessed against this general standard.
