Application Deadline
The programme's FAQ page names two recommended (priority, non-binding) deadlines -- 1 October and 1 April -- but its own labelling of which entry each corresponds to ('Spring semester' vs 'Fall semester') is internally inconsistent with the programme's own statement elsewhere that MSE starts only once a year, every April. Applications are accepted year-round regardless: late applications are still reviewed and considered as long as places remain, so no submission deadline is strictly enforced.

ELIGIBILITY
Admission Requirements
English Requirement
TOEFL 80. IELTS 6.5.
Academic Requirement
Requires a completed university degree equivalent to at least a Bachelor's degree, or sufficient relevant work experience demonstrating comparable knowledge and skills, plus a minimum of one year's practical experience (relevant internships or a practical Bachelor's thesis count). English proficiency can alternatively be shown via a Bachelor's degree completed in English or English as a mother tongue, instead of a test score.
