IELTS 6.5, minimum 6.0 in all components.

A-Level: A*AA including grades A*A in Mathematics and Physics (in any order), with a pass in the Physics Practical. Materially the same bar (A*AA/equivalent including Mathematics and Physics) is published for all three Southampton Malaysia MEng programmes (Aeronautics and Astronautics, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering), with Electrical and Electronic Engineering's own column additionally accepting A*A*B or AAAA including Mathematics and Physics.
