No single national entrance exam for international applicants. ITU maintains an appendix of ~19 accepted international exams, diplomas and country-specific national qualifications (SAT 1, ACT, IB, ABITUR, French Baccalaureate, GCE A-Level, AP, TR-YÖS, GAOKAO, and others) for its foreign-student admission quota; meeting the minimum for any ONE of them is enough to apply, though meeting the minimum does not itself guarantee admission — evaluation also weighs the transcript and statement of purpose, converted into a single evaluation score used for placement.
