IELTS 6.5.

Requires a Bachelor's degree from the University of Bayreuth or any other German university (or an equivalent degree from elsewhere) in Chemistry, Polymer and Colloid Chemistry, Biochemistry, Physics, Material Science and Materials Engineering, or Engineering Science. Prior knowledge of advanced mathematics and physics (at least 18 credit points) and chemistry (at least 4 credits) is required. German A1 is also required (submittable up to the end of the second semester). Candidates awaiting their Bachelor's degree may apply once they have achieved 150 of 180 total credit points.
