ELIGIBILITY
Admission Requirements
English Requirement
IELTS 6.5. TOEFL 90. CAEL 70. PTE-A 61.
Academic Requirement
Entry is to the common first year, Engineering One, and is competitive for a limited number of places: grades above 80% in high school advanced mathematics, chemistry, physics and English are normally required for consideration. Out-of-province applicants must complete a Grade 12 advanced mathematics course with at least 75%; IB Higher Level Mathematics at 5, or AP Calculus AB/BC at 3 or higher, is accepted as equivalent credit for Mathematics 1000. Applicants must also meet Memorial's general admission requirements and the faculty's English language requirements; meeting the minimums does not guarantee a place.
