IELTS Academic 6.5, no part less than 6.0.

For the IB pathway: IB Diploma completed with at least three Higher Level courses; IB Math Analysis and Approaches SL/HL or IB Math Applications and Interpretations HL (Math Studies/Applications SL do not satisfy the requirement); IB Chemistry and IB Physics required (academically strong candidates missing one of the two may be evaluated case-by-case). Requirements differ for Canadian-high-school and other international-curriculum applicants, selectable on the same page. UBC separately publishes a minimum admission average around 85% for Engineering, which varies year to year with the applicant pool.
