IELTS 5.5. TOEFL iBT 72.
Admission is skills-based rather than tied to a specific previous degree: applicants must demonstrate proficiency across six defined areas (special mathematical methods, scientific/engineering data processing, metrology and control engineering, materials for engineering, theoretical engineering fundamentals, and resource-efficient manufacturing concepts, each with a minimum ECTS threshold). German A1 language proficiency is also required at application (conditional admission possible without it), rising to A2 by the end of the 3rd semester.
