German higher education entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife, Fachgebundene Hochschulreife, Allgemeine Hochschulreife) or an equivalent higher education entrance qualification from outside Germany. A higher-education degree in English of at least three years, showing a minimum of 180 ECTS credit points or equivalent, is also accepted. Very good proficiency in English is required: German applicants prove this via their Abitur/Fachhochschulreife; applicants with an international qualification submit documentation such as IELTS, TOEFL iBT, TOEIC or Cambridge First Certificate, or proof of at least 20 ECTS credit points earned in an English-language course of study.
