Applications go through the national portal universityadmissions.se rather than to Lund directly, and Lund states that non-EU/EEA students generally cannot use the later round because residence permits will not arrive in time.

General entry requirements plus Swedish upper secondary English 6/English level 2 and Mathematics 3b or 3c (or further level 1b/1c). Selection in the international round is on upper secondary GPA alone, recalculated into a standardised merit rating.
